Join us for 4 Transformative Days in the Heart of Paris

Immerse yourself in a powerful, transformative experience designed to rejuvenate, inspire, and deepen your connection with yourself and others. Over the course of three days, you’ll explore personal growth through a variety of mindful practices and creative activities.

What’s Included in the Program:

4 inspiring days of women power & inspiring activities
Collage Art Experience Workshop under guidance from an artist to tap into your creative calling & create your most authentic creative art piece including tea & snacks
Transformative Breathwork Ceremony to open your heart and free your body, promoting emotional release and total relaxation & Mastermind circle
Mastermind & closing circle on Sunday
Daily programming is about 3 hrs per day in one block (Thursday to Sunday) and leaves enough me-time
Yoga hotel recommendation with a 10% discount (limited availability) & optional activities & recommendations

Johanna Lehmann

Founder Tiger & Turtle

Johanna is the Founder of Tiger & Turtle, a digital platform coaching and inspiring followers with innovative breathing techniques. Drawn to wellness and mindfulness through her extensive travels around the world and time spent living outside her native Germany - from San Francisco to Singapore - she’s trained extensively with Breath Master and world-record holder Wim Hof and Biohacker Kasper van der Meulen as well as the founder of SOMA breath Niraj Naik.

Now a 300 hr certified yoga teacher and author, she combines her breathwork training with her gift for storytelling and visualization to allow the power of breath to be experienced on a deeper level. A veteran of the corporate world, she offers private and group breathwork coaching journeys to entrepreneurs and executives alike.

Johanna von Oldershausen

Johanna von Oldershausen is a Berlin-based visual artist specializing in digital and paper collage. With a background in stage and costume design from institutions like Berlin Weißensee School of Art and Accademia di Belle Arti in Bologna, she transitioned to collage art in 2019. Her work explores identity, memory, and surrealism, blending personal and found images into intricate, theatrical compositions that reflect her passion for storytelling and the human experience.
