How to release stress in less than 15 min

This 15 minute practice is very popular among my clients to to start the day without stress, give you an energy boost and feel awesome.

This breathwork session shall be done on an empty stomach laying down or seated  using headphones. Don’t practice while driving or in water. It is also important to not have a heavy meal before the session.

This practice can be done by breathing in through mouth or nose and out through the mouth. This practice is awakening you and energizing you.

Important note:
Please always check the section of contraindications before you start.
If you are pregnant, conscious connected breathing can be practiced, but breath holds must be avoided. A reminder to be very gentle on yourself for the conscious connected breathing and to keep the pace calm & relaxed!

Please make sure that you have read and understood the waiver and do not suffer from any of the below conditions:

  • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
  • chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
  • individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
  • acute somatic and viral diseases
  • not recommended in serious cardiac and hypertension cases
  • cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
  • people with epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including Intermittent Hypoxic Training) is under direct medical supervision
