Each breathwork session follows a sequence of therapeutic breathwork techniques combined with brainwave music and guided meditation.

After a personal intake and breathwork introduction you are invited to either lay down or start the session by sitting up. It is important to be in an undisturbed place and that you are comfortable before we start. I will guide you through a number of breath cycles followed by breath holds and deep meditation.

Sessions can be done in person or via ZOOM - both ways are equally powerful. The session is accompanied by Breathwork music, specifically chosen for your session, which help to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation and trance. Sessions can also be booked as couple  or Bring a friend sessions.

Each Breathwork session is unique and the experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next.
