During the Breathwork Coaching we analyse your breath and will do a nervous system mapping. We will then find interventions to an improved mind and body wellness. Together we create breath protocols that you can integrate into your day-to-day life to elevate your mood, performance and health. We specialise in Breath Coaching for anxiety and monkey mind (feeling unsettled & restless), eczema and sleep optimization.
