In membership area people are able to stream the content they paid, but additional content has to be unlocked separately. As of now its not a monthly access fee, but individually streaming fee. Intro session is unlocked for everyone. 


In the membership area ppl have access to a 24 hr stream of their booked pre-recorded session (plus Intro session) . It might make sense to also show again the description of the breathwork holiday they booked as described in services/ offerings.

Before starting your Breathwork Journey, please: 

  •         Use headphones for the best immersive sound experience
  •     Lay down or start seated, but you will have to lie down later on for the faster breathing sections. Please make sure to have your yoga mat or somewhere cosy to lay or sit, ideally with dim lighting 
  •         Have a blanket (if needed) nearby
  •   Do not have a heavy meal before the session and make sure you are in an undisturbed place during the session.
  •         In case you like to use essential oils, we recommend frankincense, eucalyptus, peppermint, sage, lavender or lemon 

Please make sure that you have read and understood the waiver and do not suffer from any of the below conditions: 

  •         chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
  •         chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
  •         individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
  •         acute somatic and viral diseases
  •         not recommended in serious cardiac and hypertension cases
  •         cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
  •   people with epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including Intermittent Hypoxic Training) is under direct medical supervision

Think of breathwork as a high intensity training for your soul and spirit. 

Breathwork is the term used to refer to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. Breathwork is performed to improve mental health, physical health, and spiritual well-being by intentionally changing your breathing pattern.

Think of breathwork as a remote control that can instantly change the state of your nervous system. In this example, the state of your nervous system relates to your state of being. In other words, breathwork can instantly change the state of your being giving you a direct response on how your body feels. 

Breathwork can be considered the fast lane into deep states of mediation, greater resilience and creativity for your new projects. Coaches like Tony Robbins, who use their own breathing trainer, have made Breathwork popular in the United States. Breathwork is like a massage for the mind and a proven method to not only reduce stress and increase energy, but also to sleep better and strengthen your immune system.

By combining special breathing techniques, you can also process emotions and blockages that you have been wearing in your body for far too long. Ideal for people who find meditation difficult, breathwork is a quick way to get into deep meditation within a short time.  To prepare for your session make sure that you are in a safe place and do the experience preferably laying down. Do not do breathwork while driving or in or near water. 


Each Breathwork session typically lasts from 30 to 120 minutes and follow a sequence of therapeutic breathwork techniques combined with brainwave music and guided meditation. After you have read or watched the introduction, you are invited to either lay down or start the session sitting up. Make sure that you are in an undisturbed place and that you are not driving or in/near water.

After a short meditation you will be guided through a number of breath cycles followed by breath holds and deep meditation. Each Breathwork session is unique and the experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next.

Give yourself some time. It takes 2 - 3 breathwork sessions to find out if it works for you. Don’t be nervous that you are breathing wrong - just trust that you will find the breath rhythm that is right for you and try to breathe in a rhythm. 


Breathwork is like a massage for the soul. It’s a natural detox process for mind and body.  The experience is very different for everyone but people have compared breathwork to an immense emotional release, providing insights to major questions or also drug-like experience of happiness (getting high on your own supply in a healthy way) and union with everything around them.
