We often fake a smile when all we want is to let g We often fake a smile when all we want is to let go of pain and tension. Why? Crying is often seen as a sign of weakness, but it can actually be a very healthy and freeing. In fact, people often cry in my sessions and are quite happy about it and I also just cried all the emotions that did not serve me any longer out 😭. And I FELT SOOO amazing and light afterwards.

Here is why crying great for you 🌨️

1.It releases stress hormones. When we cry, our bodies release stress hormones like cortisol and prolactin. This can help to reduce stress levels and improve our mood.
2.It boosts our immune system. Crying also releases oxytocin, a hormone that has been shown to boost the immune system.
3.It helps us to process emotions. Crying can help us to process our emotions and to move on from difficult experiences.
4. It connects us with others. Crying can help us to connect with others and to build stronger relationships.
🤩A number of studies have even shown that crying can have positive effects on our health and well-being. For example, one study found that people who cried after watching a sad movie had lower levels of stress hormones than those who did not cry. Another study found that people who cried after a stressful experience were more likely to report feeling better afterwards.🤩 Thus if you feel you want to let go & fly high, dm me “good cry” and I will send you all the details for the next program to release all tension so that you can fly high 🤩 and teach for the stars ⭐️.

So next time you feel the urge to cry, don’t hold back. It’s good for you!

We notice: we are a masterpiece - a piece of the master 🙏🌎 I heard this quote so many times from one of my teachers @cathy.heller and love it so much 💕.
Fascia: not just a passive structure, but a vital Fascia: not just a passive structure, but a vital player in regulating our ANS 😳 It's also our "second skeleton" 💪

With a whopping 250 million nerve endings fascia helps our body maintain balance and modulate stress responses 🙏

And guess what? It's also intimately connected to our breath 😮

The fascia is like a giant web that envelops our entire body, including the diaphragm, our primary muscle of respiration. As we inhale, the fascia stretches and releases, creating a vacuum in the thoracic cavity that allows us to draw in air. As we exhale, the fascia helps to pull the ribs down and in, expelling air from the lungs.

In short, the fascia plays a vital role in the mechanics of breathing. But it goes beyond that. The fascia also helps to transmit the forces of respiration throughout the body, ensuring that our ribs move in a coordinated manner. And because the fascia is so rich in nerve endings, it helps to create a sense of interoception, or awareness of our internal state.

So next time you take a breath, remember the fascia is playing a vital role in this essential process 🙏 Not only is it helping you to breathe, but it's also helping you to feel connected to your body and to the world around you 😊
