Calm down now (10 min)

This breathwork session can be done for a 10 min parasympathetic activation. When your parasympathetic nervous system is activated your body is able to heal and restore and your mind is becoming calm, your body relaxed. The exercise is based on the coherent breathing technique.

This exercise contains different forms of coherent breathing and thus is really calming – it is great for the following:

  • before bedtime
  • to lower anxiety and stress during the day
  • after lunch for a quick reset and recovery session
  • in times of illness to restore & heal
  • if you are pregnant you can do this exercise

Please note that you should never do breathwork while driving, swimming or in water.
