I am soo excited that you decided to go onto a journey to explore and understand your own breath. My mission for this mini program is to help you experience different breath sessions to see how it impacts your body and mind. If you like it and want to go deeper or attend live sessions and coachings, I cannot wait to meet you inside the Stress Release Toolbox Program. In the Stress Reelase Toolbox program, we will also analyse in detail your very own breath patterns so that you can create the breath protocols that work best for you.
