This 15 minute practice is great to start the day and give you a boost to feel great and ready for the day. This breathwork session shall be done on an empty stomach seated down using headphones.

This practice can be done by breathing in through mouth or nose and out through the mouth. This practice is awakening you and shall not be done before going to sleep or winding down.
