Breathwork is a great practice to manage your emotional and physical state on a daily basis. Often as much as 10 – 20 minutes per day is enough to feel a major difference.

Once a week it is also recommended to do a longer breathwork session for a deeper experience of altered states of consciousness, insight, healing or de-stressing.

This Breathwork session can be done on a daily basis in the morning or once at week to experience deep peace and calmness. It is great to recharge and step into focus, intuition and transformation. Often people report to get clarity on major life decisions.

This breathwork session shall be done on an empty stomach seated down using headphones. The practice starts with combining the in- and exhale with moving the arms up and down. If this is too much, you can also just focus on the inhale and exhale. This session includes 4 rounds of active breathing in combination with breathholding (called also IHT). Please always listen to your body while doing breathwork or check theĀ section of contraindications if you are unsure if this practice is for you.

This practice can be done by breathing in through mouth or nose and out through the mouth. This practice is awakening you and shall not be done before going to sleep or winding down.
